Causes Of Constant Headache

Drinking a lot of water and resting properly when feeling dehydrated is advisable.
Your neck, scalp, and head muscles require more blood when working out or moving around. Your blood vessels tend to enlarge, and a pulsating pain occurs on both sides of your head, usually lasting for about 48 hrs. Whether having sex or exercising, such brain pulsation generally hits during or after the movement.
Also known as Nicotine headaches, such issues usually occur after consuming tobacco products like cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, or chewing tobacco. In this case, you might feel pain in your head right after smoking or during the withdrawal therapy of nicotine.
It is the most common cause. When you are starving and not left with any energy, you start feeling pain in your head. Long stretches between meals can be one of the reasons for hunger.
Also known as post-traumatic stress headache, it generally occurs after 3-4 days of head injury. It is a type of pain that can cause persistent discomfort. And can worsen the situation with light-headedness, memory issue, vertigo, dizziness, difficulty focusing, irritability, and weariness. Such pains can last for a few months, and it is advisable to consult a doctor.
